Booking policy
These policies help us confirm a safe, clear, and enjoyable private hibachi party before any deposit is paid.
The classic hibachi party package is $60/person with a 10 guest or $600 minimum. A quote request does not guarantee availability until Sizzle Social Hibachi confirms the event in writing. Final availability, guest count, event address, sales tax, service-area coverage, upgrades, setup needs, and special requests are confirmed before booking. There is no travel fee within our service area.
Sales tax is not included in the website price. Final sales tax is calculated based on the event address and the applicable CDTFA rate on the event date.
A $100 deposit is requested only after we confirm availability and event details, and it is applied toward the final balance. Cancellations made at least 36 hours before the scheduled event receive a full refund of the $100 deposit; cancellations made less than 36 hours before the scheduled event are non-refundable. You may submit one reschedule request. Approval depends on chef availability at the time of the request, and the requested new date and time are not guaranteed. If approved, the original $100 deposit transfers to the new event date. If the request cannot be accommodated, the standard cancellation policy applies.
Gratuity is optional and never required. Any tip is fully at the customer's discretion.
Tables and chairs are included free for bookings of $600 or more. There is no travel fee within our service area, which includes Los Angeles County, Orange County, and covered areas of San Diego County. We will confirm service-area coverage, required quantities, and setup details before you reserve.
A small, controlled fire moment may be included when the setup is safe and allowed by the location. Some venues, parks, Airbnbs, HOAs, weather, or local rules may limit or prohibit open-flame effects, propane, outdoor cooking, or grill setup.
Airbnbs, parks, community centers, private venues, and HOA communities may require approval for outdoor cooking, propane, grill setup, and fire effects. The host is responsible for confirming location rules before booking.
Please tell us about any food allergies or dietary restrictions before booking. We can review requests and take reasonable precautions, but because we use shared grills, utensils, sauces, and prep areas, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
We need a safe outdoor cooking area. Rain, wind, heat, access issues, unsafe surfaces, or venue restrictions may require setup changes, rescheduling, or cancellation. We will review reasonable options with the host when possible.
We may ask for permission before using identifiable customer photos or videos for marketing. We avoid publishing private addresses, license plates, clear child closeups, or images with another company's branding. If you want a published photo or video removed, contact us.
