A $100 deposit is required only after we confirm availability and event details, and it is applied toward the final balance. Cancellations made at least 36 hours before the scheduled event receive a full refund of the $100 deposit; cancellations made less than 36 hours before the scheduled event are non-refundable. You may submit one reschedule request. Approval depends on chef availability at the time of the request, and the requested new date and time are not guaranteed. If approved, the original $100 deposit transfers to the new event date. If the request cannot be accommodated, the standard cancellation policy applies.

Sales tax is not included. Final sales tax is calculated based on the event address and the applicable CDTFA rate on the event date.

Gratuity is optional and never required. Any tip is fully at the customer's discretion.
