Before You Book
Start with the basics: event date, city or ZIP, guest count, preferred start time, event type, and location type. If the party is at an Airbnb, park, venue, or HOA community, confirm whether outdoor cooking, propane, grill setup, and fire effects are allowed.
Setup and Arrival
The chef arrives with the grill and cooking setup. Tables and chairs may be available upon request, depending on the location, guest count, and event needs. Setup details are confirmed before booking so the host knows what to expect.
Food and Show
The Classic Hibachi Party includes premium fried rice, 2 appetizers, 2 proteins, chef interaction, and a live cooking show. A small, controlled fire moment may be included when safe and allowed by the location.
After the Meal
Cleanup is included. Gratuity is optional and never required. After the event, a helpful Google review can mention the chef interaction, food quality, booking process, setup, fire show, or birthday experience.
